What a pity. Would love to drive one these beasts in South Africa. We don't get the V8 d4d here.

we had a 79 but rear leaf spring suspension was under the axle and it anchored everytime we got in some deep mud. despito of having front and rear diff locks it was suckiest edition ever!
only due to of this idiotic solution of positioning suspension under the axle!
