Charlie Crist Lawsuit over Florida Vaccines & Quarantines

Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Carmen Reynolds has named Charlie Crist, Attorney General Bill McCollum and Florida Surgeon General Ana Viamonte Ros in a lawsuit in Santa Rosa County Circuit Court that challenges a state statute governing public health.
Chapter 381.00315(1)(b)4 says a person can be forced to be tested, vaccinated, treated, examined or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to the public.

Oh you idiots are being manipulated in the most vile way, that statutue is taken from a statute that relates to a biological outbreak under wartime or military martial law conditions as a result of attack or state of emergency. It is NOT a State statute is an adopted FEDERAL statute that has NO STANDING without extreme conditions and a number of other conditions. oct 1 2009 she granted a 60 day continuance from the judge, so she can seek an attorney. Get behind her by letting people know. Inform people to search Lt Col Carmen Reynolds at as many videos as you can.

I think this is a courageous and wonderful way to get the public's attention. Mandatory vaccinations can and will occur if a public health emergency is declared in this state due to the hoax-like swine flu scare.
