Another set from the Ten Hand sets of Shaolin, Moi Fah was the subject of Sifu Lam's book, Moi Fah, the Plum Flower Fist. The footwork of this set travels in four directions, similar to the four petals of the plum flower. Concealed within the graceful movements of this set are many deceptive attacks, all revealed to you on this video. Stunning and deadly!

everyone does there form differently, doesnt make it right or wrong. What if wing lam or someone else came to your school and started pointing out moves in your form and saying this is wrong and that wrong, just bekuz its not how he does it. Would it mean your teacher is wrong or he is right? he studied with yen shang mo who studied with the founder Gu Ru Zhang in terms of rank hes one of the top two in BSL. I doubt hes doing anything wrong, u should question ur teacher instead

hes doing it extactly the same as in my school with shifu wong jia man in SF and pretty known in TCMA circles for his BSL, its annoying irritating when someone critizes someones kung fu as wrong or bad kuz "there" shifu does it differently....using that logic we could say your shifu taught wrong ect ect and it could go on for forever....and catching major air time isnt what your surpose to do in BSL....this aint wushu...its a martial arts..
