  • Love this song! My Mom's loves me

  • @ladyeulailia I imagine Paul Simon cares that he wrote it, it probably made him a fair amount of money.

  • Man o man!!! I knew the Dixie Hummingbirds and Paul Simon did this. But I just love it with Stevie Wonder being added in there. This is so refreshing. Thanks for posting this ray of sunshine.

  • To Esperanza243: "The Rock" reference is a religious symbol for a strong unmoving, unchanging thing in the midst of turmoil, like God's love or a rock in the ocean. The song "Rock of Ages, cleft for me" uses the same reference. So if someone "loves you like a rock" it's an unchanging, undying love.

  • this is awesome...absolutely magic between these performers...bravo...who cares who wrote it or whatever...the ultimate collaboration is FANTASTIC!

  • @Asylum709 Dude if only you knew how dumb this sounds. I guess Elvis, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Elton John and countless other white performers went through this same phase huh? Stop it. Good music is good music period.

  • @Asylum709 Rhythm Blues Soul wouldn't exist without Black culture you fool!

  • @deshawn1020 Paul Simon composed

  • what year was this?

  • For those unsure about who wrote the words and music, Paul Simon's website gives him (Paul Simon) credit for both music and lyrics.
