NOTE: This version of the mod is now extremely outdated, the latest version supports Entrenchment and Diplomacy expansions, including combat movement and a very different unit makeup.

Check it out here: http://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/371686

Also note that I am in no way affiliated with the creation of the mod itself, I merely created this video for my own amusement.

  • Very outdated version of the mod. Check the updated description for a link to the most recent incarnation of SoA2.

  • How did you mod it?

  • I added a link to the mod thread in the description. You can download the current version from there.

Rumor has it the new version for entrenchment will be out soon, so keep an eye out for it.

  • @aDinoSupremacist nukes are messy and primitive by federation standards, bring on photon torpedoes and phazers :D

  • one borg cube wiped out 39 federation ships, an entire fleet of cubes will wipe out the dominant races of the alpha quadrant

  • Tactic: Build loads of Borg Cubes and Diamonds and invade enveryone, also can you build the unicomplex?

  • whats it like playing as the borg? Is it epic?

  • looks like the titans came early

  • Akira Class FTW

  • @mdaTParis "Mars, the Bringer of War" as heard in the Planets Op. 32 from Gustav Holst.

  • @aDinoSupremacist The Federation uses antimatter warheads, which are much more powerful pound for pound than nukes. Since colossal antimatter explosions don't make for good theater, the torpedo explosions we see on TV and in Star Trek films are much smaller than "real" photon torpedo explosions.
