Not sure why people are giving you dislikes, man. Maybe you like your toms tuned low. Heck, it was a sound check. I just wanted to hear how it sounds. Thanks for the video.

i'll agree that crappy drums and cymbals sound like crap but, don't let people tell you things that aren't true. while it's correct that you should replace your heads at least once a year and the hoops, less often but every once in a while, your toms (as long as they are all tuned together similarly ascending or descending) can to be tuned to sound however you like them. drums come in many sizes and you don't have to follow note tunings like you do with a guitar.

put a blanket in your bass drum it sounds alot better - years of experience
-
Dude, learn how to tune your drums!
-
great drum kit but you should tune it a little better.
-
You NEED to get some dampening on that kit. Just get some evans dampening rings, they are like 4 bucks and they will make your kit sound sooo much better.
-
I have the same set, the heads and cymbals are horrible so change them, i havesabian right now but i am about to order some crap load of meinl cymbals. Just invest a lot of money and time in them and they sound great!
-
awe man I was gonna get this kit and learn drums but listening now I think would get me booted outta my apt. I can turn down my guitar or bass amp but can't turn down a drum kit huh
-
Sounds really bad!!!
- Mostly because of your kit
-
@drummerboyjack14 Get an evans HD Dry or Genera Dry for snare....emad for both bass heads...evans hydraulics for top tom heads...evans g1 for bottom...thats about it
-
@drummerboyjack14 evans heads and remo rings.
-
omg.. TUNE
-
Tip: Don't use the ride cymbal as a crash. It sounds like dick. Only do it if it's a crash / ride.
PS: MiseryLovesMe17 - Remo heads are much better than Evans. Evans just comes with more convenient head sets.
-
@drummerboyjack14 Dude get evans G2 heads for your toms, and an evans EMAD muffled bass drum head. Theyre a little more expensive but they sound absolutley GREAT.
-
Please. Tune. Them. Like nooooooow!!!!! Before you burst your own eardrums yet alone ours.
-
i have the same set just in black,,been playin set for 2 yrs now
-
I love the snare that came with my Forum kit. It has those pingy overtones that add such a raw intensity to what I play.
Tighten your strainer PLEASE
-
@drummerboyjack14 any, please. I had those cheap stock heads. Anything sounds better.
-
Tune the fucking things. Damn!!
-
@MrMatt4647 ok electric drums arent cheap
-
@bludhoundz you could buy an electric one. There pretty cheap and have load of settings so you can make it sound how ever you want
you should get new heads or some rings
