This looks to me like it is simply a case of good computer graphics.

There's a trend lately in CG vids to use surveillance cameras to do their vids, which makes it look more real.

Reference the big light that knocks a truck sideways from Europe (Germany maybe? That one came complete with a fake news report), the person with glowing hands who saves someone from getting hit by a truck in Asia, etc.

Did this make the news? Was it professionaly analysed? It's just a little odd that the boys just happened to be carrying torches. I would love it if it was real. Wish we had undeniable proof. :)
