What pisses me off is that a valid-looking game like Peace Walker is on the psp, while a game about an emo-gayass naruto cyborg ninja super hero like rising is on the ps3.

You get used to the controls, its very similar to MGS3. As for the story, it tells how and who Big Boss got the idea for Outer Heaven from. I really loved PO but IMO.
