Willow Gets Groomed: Apple Puppy Review

Decided to take Willow to get groomed today. It's been raining the past few days and she's gotten so dirty since it's been so wet. Also, she needs a hair cut (more like a trim) badly! I like how her hair was, I basically wanted to trim the "fluff" on her body, so that you could see more of her body's definition instead of looking like a big furry ball. Wanted to trim her paws, clean up under her belly and around her private parts. Trim under her ears, but not cut the length (which they did...sigh) and also trim her legs.
This is my review on the Apple Puppy Groomers.
Note: I'm not saying they are incompetent dog groomers. However, I don't think they listened well to what I wanted. Either that or they didn't understand. I also don't think they can do "big dogs" as most of the dogs they groom are terriers and miniture dogs. I chose to go here because WIllow's normal groomer was booked for the next week or so as well as other groomers near our house. My friend takes her dog here and he comes out okay. However another friend of mine went here, and had a similar experience to us.
