  • Where does Nutrition come into the picture? Without it you have nothing.

    Nutrition is the Foundation of any and all exercise programs. It is the main ingredient to living a healthy life style.

    Five components should look like this, 1 nutrition 2. Weight training 3. Cardio

    4. supplementation 5 Flexibility and an alternate 6. Professional assistance
