The difference is Claudia was an ADULT when she married Sonny and fully capable of understanding the situation. Claudia was a CHILD when she slept with 2x her age Gino. Claudia being a child makes all the difference in the world and crosses a lot more lines. Sonny was surprised that even Anthony could cross that line with a child.

I feel bad for both Johnny and Claudia. Claudia didn't deserve what he father did to her when she was a teenager!
