Hoggie, you should start a website and have a list of different recipes, and you could have a list of beers you have reviewed with a rating (similar to beer advocate, or something). Also could have music you recommend, etc.

yeah, hog, that was me bro who left a comment asking if you're Mexican, because you love Mexican food. wasn't trying to be racist. i think i meant to say, are you a Latino? you clarified that you're Cuban, but you still all share the same language, so sometimes for gringos like me, it's hard to tell the difference between Cubans, Spaniards, Venezuelans, Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, etc

Most mexican beers are very watered down. Really suits the climate though. Sure you would drink a Corona on the beach, but a Guiness on the beach? I think not

@Crisgo3d Nah, on the beach I'd drink a rum runner or water before I touch a Corona... lol

Tecate is a decent brew. I prefer it to Corona.
Do you think the can changes the flavor? I've heard that most of the big can companies (Ball, Rexam, etc.) have a way to coat the inside of the can so it doesn't impart any flavor to the beer.

@joe56984 You're right, nowadays all cans are coated on the inside to prevent any unwanted metallic flavors getting into the beer, but there will always be a subtle difference in flavor depending on how the beer was "packaged", whether glass or plastic or can.
