I fixed it, but it seems that it doesn't work on iPhone 4s. Because when I add the ringtone to Itunes and sync with my phone, it doesn't appears in ringtone - custom. I've tried with apps also without any results, does anyone have an idea how to fix it? thanks

On step three I got a problem, I can't see the menu "File, Edit, View, Tools, Help". Anyone that knows how to get it back? I guess it some settings in windows.

@shannon187kyu I didn't have ringtones on my itunes either. Instead I have tones and it works the same way. It works great
