  • The promotion was FOR the women's tourney, but it was at their booth AT the mens.

  • wow i missed that promotion for 2 tickets for $20. this was at the womens not the mens right? I love the ucla event. bring a textbook on wed and get in. I bought a book for $4 at borders and I got in. Schools won and I won. great deal. Were you able to get any interviews with Edberg, Chang or Courier at the ucla event. I met Edberg walking around and he was just a regular cool guy.

  • Always bring your own towel to these events. It acts as an insulator, and as a cushion.

Shade would be nice, but you could always watch from the rim of the stadium in shade, for a break. Or, wear a giant goofy hat like I do in the videos (on sale next year, in time for Indian Wells).

I disagree about the prices. Not only did they have daily specials, but the promotion at their booth at the LA Tennis Open was 2 tickets and a t-shirt for only $20! That's pretty family friendly!

  • i was watching it friday on tv and pam shriver commented on how the seats are like 200 F frying pans when she was interviewing cirstea's coach. haha. aeg runs the place. they are super rich. plus in this economy the ticket prices are too expensive for a middle class family. just look at all the empty seats during the day and night matches. what a waste.

  • I do hope that they do something about the seats and an awning going all the way around would be excellent and make the stadium look even better, even if it's just white fabric jutting out covering the reserved rows. The seats could be white, not as thick, and with heavy, weather resistant and heat resistant (there should be something) weave for the back (so that there are holes for ventilation). Customer satisfaction! But I'm thinking that they don't get enough money to do stuff like that.

  • only problem with the tennis stadium. absolutely no shade.... super hot. and the dark seats are like frying pans... they need to put awnings up like in the soccer statdium.

  • this guy is a one man show. lol. he holds his own camera. i was there for the oudin and hantuchova match.

  • cool keep on!
