    You are right..You can see the overflowing sewers in this video as well...Water reached the ground level of our apartment building as well..Lots of cleaning up job for the maintenance guys here...

    glad to see someone took my idea of turning quebec province into a swimming pool the thing they forgot was the cement wall to hold the water in. hope they try it again soon with the wall up so we can all have a pool party......
