  • I'm related to Nell Gwyn :D

  • The funniest story shows Nell's wittiness. Progressing in her carriage, the mob, thinking the occupant was the Catholic Louise de Kerouaille, began to pelt the coveyance with mud. Nell put up with it for a little while and then, letting down the window, she leant out and bellowed, "Desist, good people! Tis I, the Protestant whore!"

  • @zimnaya You left out a good part: the crown then cheered, and she went on her way.

  • Ha ha ha Her Appointments! ha ha So amusing!

  • HA HA HA HA so made me laugh Thank you soo much! Hilarious! Wonderful! Made my day! ha ha ha

  • I am American. Just hold onto those ponies a moment! In actuality (being an insider), I am here to let you know that in fact Americans overwhelmingly gush over the people of Europe, and this is especially true of the English! Yet you can be certain that nearly all would never show it! I cannot even begin to share the unending ways in which this is true... let me see.... history, language, education, traditions going back far into the past. The arts, music and painting, lit and architecture!

  • @hcvang Perfectly said. To be honest Americans should focus on today and it's own impact on the world seeing as it is a huge power globally, other than focusing on the history that has fuck all to do with them. What Americans fail to realise is that without us they wouldn't have the country they have today, they are our descendants. Americans are not cultured, and believe they are better than the world, they don't realise the world just looks at them as an ignorant country.

  • @SorryWTFAreYouSaying Agreed - americans are no more than the beggar who grew above his stature. they all look down on europe and britain, while not even knowing, understanding or realising that they are all our descendants. it's disgusting.

  • seven mistresses , busy fella !

  • But then who will teach the World History class??
