daniel craig is supposed to play a bond at the beginning of his career. He's not supposed to have that charm or suave yet. It actually gives the character more depth, instead of the same old suave guy in every film. All beings gotta start somewhere don't they? This is a young arrogant and reckless bond and while he's now starting to learn some lessons about character as seen in the films, hopefully he'll begin to transform into the bond we know.
