Download and install iTunes beta 8.2:

Download Unzip and Shift/Option Update:

If you have problems selecting the .ipcc file on mac or you wouldn't like to downgrade your itunes on mac, download and run this file created by Adam and it will allow you to select the .ipcc file.

Hey, i jailbroke my iphone 4 with sn0wbreeze custom firmware 4.3.3 and used the general settings for that. It is on at&t and for some reason the mms messaging wont work. I was wondering if you knew what to do to fix it because i tried a lot of fixes like the iphone delivery one and the simple mobile mms fix both from cydia. Thanks!

hey... i downloaded IPCC file for windows. When i shift+update in Itune on my desktop it doesnt show the ipcc files since its not iphone program file.
