sorry if this is stuiped and yes I know I am young but I have for so long I have wanted to move to japan I hate it in america and I do not want to be a baka gaijin I just had some questions

1.what is jet?

2.what is better to go to college there or in the states (if it helps I want to go into artistic desine)

3.why do so many people get an english teaching job

4. in your apinyin were is the best city to live in (I grow up in the city it is like home)

for me it's the first two,but there are a few things that i can't quite get through. 1.) I'm not quite old enough to go( I'm almost 17) 2.) i have no freaken money,AT ALL 3.) i don't know how to speak Japaneses( I'm currently learning and know only a few but still don't know enough to tell what the h*** people are saying)
