we don't do it for the thanks or for the money...we often don't get a thank you and we can't be in it for the money since we don't get paid the way we should...we do it because we care and want to help...no other explanation...props to all EMS staff out there!

That's why nationalized health care works. If Firefighters/Paramedics/EMTs can do the job they do for little to nothing, then so can these overpaid doctors.
