Notice how early Pudzianowski latches onto the fence in the first round with the World's Strongest grip until Herb Dean lays down the law. Sylvia lands some great knees and Pudzianowski exerts all his energy trying to dump Sylvia to the ground. Once he gets the task done early and Sylvia gets right back up, the wind is gone from the Pole's sails. He needs to change his whole approach to the fight game if he wants to win, and he needs to get leaner somehow.

that is what my Keykushin coach used to tell us. Evryone should be humble and down to earth because evryone - no matter how strong - can get beaten in any fight.

Do you know how strong Pudzian is? he is a Strongman egend. but Tim is an MMA legend. but notice because Pudzian is stronger he could push TIm to the wall and he could lift him to an extent, but Tim balanced him self off and used weapons while he was against the wall to make some damage on Pudzi. Power is NOT evrything in a fight.

Pudzina is a hero, but he is more of a strongman than MMA clearly. YES strong man DOES NOT = good MMA fighter. e.g Im strong (used to do bosybuilding and could deadlift 400+lb for some reps but my friends do beat me at Kyokushin (with technique). Two sports are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
