During "market week" before "Fashion Week" as we know it, BBW magazine produced plus size runway shows in New York City with great fanfare and media coverage. Why is it "still NEWS" 17 years later when there is a plus size runway show in NYC during Fashion Week? The first few seconds of this video are blank and it cuts off a bit early with an unexpected and visually jarring segment of Dionne Warwick's Physic Hotline, but the segment is great.
