A classic Cornerstone 1993 rendition of the band, Lifesavers Underground, and frontman, Michael Knott...performing in the last concert of the 1993 festival.
Mike Knott has since proven to be a legend.
The poor footage does not do justice for his talent.

Here is a music video I produced for a cool band, so strap on your headphones for the sounds of LSU from LA, along with Pan-Con from Portville:
John Thompson intros, Mike Knott lead singer, Brian Doidge lead guitar, actors Mike Warner, Moke Jaekle, Boomer Connell, Jimmy Reynolds, Jerry Pancio, Gary Swetland, Joe Snyder, Sue Wormer, Cindy Harrison, Sandy Nothem.

  • I've uploaded the video with the live audio from this show if anyone is interested. You can find them on my channel.

  • @UberParrot Thank you. The audio recording on my camcorder lost the bass sounds, so I had to improvise.

  • OH MY GOSH!!!! My friend Tom and I MADE THAT BOMB!!!!! We were in a band called Volatile Blue and we were HUGE LSU fans. We took a beach ball, taped sparklers to the top and then painted it black. We hid it under a tarp and then when LSU played we lit it and held it up. Somebody behind us got a little excited and hit it out of our hands. I remember Tom saying "well, here comes a lawsuit!". I can't believe someone got it on video!!! What a creepy concert, the corn, the masks, the clown...

  • @Vbluguitar the bomb was a great idea and event!

  • Yeah...I was there...at this exact concert ...freaking awesome...brings back memories.

  • I saw them sing this song - and other awesome songs - at Cornerstone 89

    They are incredible.

In fact, they were the first band playing when I arrived.

    That memory will never fade...

  • Thanks for the post

  • Such a trip!

As an old friend of Mike's, and huge fan of all of Mike's music be it LSU, Bomb Bay Babies, Aunt Betty's, etc, this album and especially this song brings back great memories.

Mike, LSU, Violet Burning, all that crew was a huge part of my life in the late 80's early 90's. I miss all those friends, all those good times.

I would give anything to see these guys again.

    Nothing but love babes.

  • My old band "Daylight Savings" would occasionally run into the prob of outplaying our list of songs as our fans would chant for more...never fear an LSU song would appear. We knew it would be a hit every time. (plus it was added encouragement to wrap myself and fans in duct tape or some other strange thing that I would come up with on the spot.)

  • i miss the calvary chapel/blonde vinyl scene :(
