Too bad they are so expensive, even in kit purchase and such strict regulations by the U.S. FAA, I'm surprised if any of these kit gyros ever sold here. And on top of that, the kit ts must be inspected by the retailer to make sure one is completing the project correctly, the buyer must pay for lodging and all during those inspections. One manufacturer has a contract with you that the first 300 hours of flight in the completed gyro must be performed by the makers test pilot! Wow!

@mitchbarker Magni gyro rep has been in email contact with me, anwering my questions. Here in U.S. we can not purchase a factory built gryo. Must be kit and 51% construction by owner for Experimental Certification. The gyros such as ELA, Magni, Germany's MTO are all over the planet, except here in the U.S. Thanks for your reply.
