American McGee's Alice // Trailer

This is a trailer for a movie that I believe is coming out this summer. It's based on a game called "American McGee's Alice". It takes place 10 years after Alice first entered wonderland.

When Alice's parents died in a fire and she was the only one that survived, she felt so guilty, she stopped talking. She was sent to an insane asylum were she searches wonderland (her mind) for the Red Queen (her guilt) so she can destory her and become normal again.

It's a great game. I suggest you go buy it. I might be low tech, but it's awesome.

I used Fraps to capture the video from the opening scene of the game to make the trailer.

I also used scenes from the Butterfly Effect in the very beginning.

Alice has been shelved for the past year at least. Sarah Michelle Geller is playing Alice and most of the movie has already been shot but it's currently in production hell. Hopefully it comes out soon! I have been waiting for this since I heard of it's conception!!!

I hate that people are already thinking that Tim Burton's Alice movie is the same as American McGee's, it's no where near.

Well, they are both based on Through The Looking Glass (And What She Found There), but this one is far more sadistic.

Which is why it will probably be more normal when I go dressed as Mad Hatter then it will be to Tim Burtons...
