Chef Wong - Cebiche - Lima, Peru

Chef Wong has a 7-table restaurant in Lima, Peru. It's reservation only, and pretty darn expensive. But the man is a wiz with a knife and a fish. This video shows him making a ceviche all the way from fish and pulpo to plate. Almost worth the trip to Peru all by itself.

En el Perú todos conocemos huariques con excelentes ceviches baratos y caros, ...ese lugar es para turistas mas q nada.

ME GUSTO EL CEVICHE QUE ES DE LENGUADO PERO NADA DEL OTRO MUNDO OTRO PALATO QUE COMI FUE MEDIO DULCE MEDIO PICANTE CON DIVERSAS ESPECIAS PERO NADA DE OTRO MUNDO Y ENCIMA CON SABOR A QUEMADO CDA PLATO CUESTA 80 SOLES MAS O MENOS MEJOR LA PAISANA.
