http://thisismylife.co.uk - An IRA dissident group has claimed responsibility for the gun attack at a Northern Ireland Army barracks that killed two soldiers, a Dublin newspaper said. The Sunday Tribune said it received a phone call from a man claiming to represent the Real IRA splinter group. He used a recognised codeword and defended the gunmen's decision to shoot four soldiers and two pizza delivery men at the Antrim base's entrance.

  • this is very sad... what a waste of a pizza..

  • 50,000+ innocent men, woman and children have been killed by the british and American armys since the beginning of the war in the middle east. That is over 50 times the amount of civilians that the IRA killed as a result of war. The PIRAs campaign lasted 30 years the brits and yanks have only been in the middle east 7 years. So tell me whos the real terrorists? Why are they not murderers?Because its legal? What a load of bureaucratic bullshit.

U bring shame to Northern Irealnd!

  • really made my day :) shame about the pizza doh its sad, i heard it had extra cheese. R.I.P CHEESEY :(

  • @Remedysback I agree with you to an extent. I dont condone violence. What has gone on in the middle east is disgusting but the reason I think PIRA wasnt suported by the majority of Irish people was (a) they were in the south and didnt have to live under British rule and (b) the IRA had a bad reputation for putting bombs into pubs where innocent people were in danger of getting killed. If the targeted only the British army, RIC and UVF they would have had 10 times more support. Mise le meas.

  • @EbsNhexz

we're all the same at the end of the day mate, don't worry about it
