In 8th grade, we played this song, Sourwood Mountain, for solo and ensemble. We're proud to say we got a first, so I decided to post this online, so that you can enjoy this wonderful song, Sourwood Mountain, as much as we do.

  • Awful sounding 1st trumpet part. Super pitchy and awful articulation.

  • nice euphonium dance ;)

    i play euph too

  • The Euph part is hard, but I'm managing to get it done

  • The tuning was off throughout and there were quite a few wrong notes for something at Solo & Ensemble. However, the ending was exceptional compared to the rest.

  • Pretty cool. Never heard it played like that.
