@NaturallyNurture My brother is one of the designers of this product and a father of two young boys. In fact, my younger nephew was one of the models for this product before it went to market. This is something to help comfort a crying baby and help him/her be soothed when nothing else works. Plain and simple.

@NaturallyNurture This replaces a bouncer or a swing. It is not a robotic hugging machine. I think you're being a tad melodramatic.

So then why buy a baby swing at all? or bouncy seat? or stroller? I say hurray for this company! How is this different than a parent who buys a cheesy vibrating bouncy seat? that didn't work for my baby, but this probably would, and there is nothing wrong with either parent for doing what works! Did your kids ever have colic? because after about 4 hours of listening to my son's blood curdling colicy screams I could have used a break!

Why not just put this contraption in the bathtub...you could wash your diapers and baby at the same time....put an IV drip in the arm of baby and you could go on vacation and leave the baby with the machine....then in 14 years...sell the rights to the next horror movie... the Family Memoir.
This is child abuse....baby not only wants us...but NEEDS us.... for his healthy development.....READ SOMETHING other than a catalogue!
