After getting frustrated with several ACNE-FREE gurus showing their makeup routines, I decided that I must put up a tutorial helping the average girl (like myself) with hiding massive acne scarring.

I hope this tutorial is able to help people feel better about themselves and their appearances.

Steps Used:
Cleanse
Tone
Moisturize
Prime
Conceal (tap into skin first then blend)
Apply foundation (tap into skin first then buff it out)

Products used:
Mild facial cleanser
Alcohol-free toner
Stila Petal Infusion Eye cream
Stila Illuminating Tinted moisturizer
Everyday minerals powder foundation (as a concealer)
Stila Illuminating Powder foundation
Stila brush #21

Thanks for watching!

  • You have acne cause of stila cosmetics

  • @L3MONAD33 I have acne because I have PCOS, actually... :( but you're right... some people are be allergic to ingredients in certain cosmetics... I'm just not one of them...

  • have you ever thought all that product can cause your acne?

  • @chloehannahx1 no, with proper hygienic practices and skin care, most cosmetics don't cause acne. sometimes cosmetics contain ingredients such as bismuth oxychloride and mica that can incite acne in those allergic. since the making of this video though, i have discovered that my acne is caused by a hormonal issue. thanks for the good question.

  • this is great! i have the same skin as you, lots of acne scaring on the sides of my face, and a little on the chin and forehead. nice to see someone with ACTUAL acne-prone skin do a video on this

  • @aulae thank you for your comment :) I really appreciate it!

  • It's soooo refreshing to see someone with acne doing a foundation routine on youtube. All these 'perfect' girls are like oh, i actually have really bad skin but they don't.

I have acne so I can relate to you. x

  • Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne as a teen. It was horrible. In the end, I found a holistic process that worked great for me and I tried them all.

What I recommend to others now is Acne No More. The book outlines the approach to diet and nutrition to reduce and remove acne forever without pills, creams or lotions.
