My prosecutor claimed this: "... [Defendant]'s argument clearly demonstrates his failure to understand that the right to be heard is not limited to only being heard in person. The right is preserved by permitting a party to submit his or her position in writing." ...........................Is the right to be heard not a right of all parties---of all American citizens?
Lawyers in particular are asked to comment.
All citizens against corrupt criminal acts can post here as well and make a useful comment if you would.
Most judges may be lying criminals but I who know many who are, would still believe otherwise. However I may be fully foolishly wrong, and you 100% right.
There is little money in prosecutorial corruption and much in litigator/judge corruption (absent a brazen prosecutor as willing as judges to do the bidding of some inappropriate person's desire). The Tort system is overrun with the corrupt lawyers and the corrupt judges, at least in Florida, all below most of the radar screens.
