I have just viewed the video of Patrick when he was found. In my 70 years I have never seen an animal so ill treated. I pray he will continue to do well and go to the person who has bonded with him. Here in Australia I don't believe the system would allow him to be returned to the cruel human who did this to him. I call on the good people of America to unite and see the right thing done for Patrick. God knows he deserves to have a happy and loving forever home.

This poor dog has endured more then any creature should ever have to. The picture of what he looked like when brought in is heart wrenching and seriously sickening. How on earth could anyone do this to him? In the videos he appears to be such a sweet and loving it baffles me how some one can be so cruel. This dog is not just a miracle but an angel and an inspiration. Patrick know that you are loved buddy and there are people everywhere who love you now. You will never be neglected again!
