I will always precede warranty-voiding advice with "try at your own risk".
With that said, there is NOTHING anywhere online that says QuickPwn can or will brick your iPhone. There are some jailbreak apps that can potentially brick your iphone because they permanently modify things... but QuickPwn does not permanently modify anything. Your phone can always be restored via iTunes to its factory settings.
Based on what I read, the risk is what I considered negligible, so I did it to my phone.

Thanks ;) and i'll still be able to, call and receive sms right? i read somewhere that if you jailbreak your iphone you cant use it as a phone? lies or what...?

LOL... yeah, that's completely untrue.
I have had my phone jailbroken for a couple weeks now and the *only* difference between what it is now and what it used to be is I like it more.
Still get/make calls, still use SMS just fine, etc. etc.
What carrier do you have?
