Just in case your wondering the Kraken does start attcking before the fight begins, kind of cheap, but as soon as he attacks the others can attack back.

Also if you notice I believe its in the second round you'll see the Killer Whale sort of teleport from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen, its pretty funny, but you'll have to watch carefully because it happens in less than a second.
