If you intend to use a powerful head-voice, though, and you use falsetto because you realized you could not hit the note, then you are not in full control of your voice.

Sure, maybe she did decide that the light, airy falsetto sounds better than a powerful mix or head note. . . but I doubt it.

@AtariMaxiToriyama No that just means they are not stupid enough to attempt a note that is out of their full voice range..which actually makes them a good singer. One who is able to employ falsetto and head tones is actually in greater control of their voice regardless of what you are saying.
