This video shows a walk through for sysprep. Sysprep is used to customize and capture a windows installation so that an identical image can be deployed to many computers. Large companies use this to deploy high quality and identical computer software to their users.

  • thanks for info

  • I gave this video a thumbs up after the first five seconds. You are virtually the only person on YouTube who actually speaks when showing video tutorials. And in proper English too :)

  • @philorican1 I Think you should check if Syspreps version is for exact your windows version.

  • i learnt a lot about sys prep from this link. your voice recording is awesome but am not able to view the video properly. everything seems to be blurred on the recorded screen.

  • Great video! Has anyone encountered the error message where you must be an administrator to run the sysprep app?

  • Excellent video! You can ignore the critics, we are just having a little fun with you>>>

  • @restless42 I paused the video, read the error message and waited until he got it, lol.

    sys p r e p ... [Enter] -> Folder already exists

    Oh..

    :D no offense

  • this does not work for windows 7, you have to create answer with SYSTEM IMAGE MANAGER unattended.xml and put that file on the wds - image - properties - find it and ok.

  • i want to ask u something.. do we need 2 unattended files? somebody said to me that we need 2

    Two unattends WDSClientUnattend.xml which handles the

    image selection and disk partitioning. The second unattend.xml is for

    the installation of the remainder of the OS.

    can u put a video on how to deploy a image without writing when upstart computer
