Darius Burst is one of my favorite shooting games, because it has great graphics for a two-dimensional shooter, phenomenal music, and challenging gameplay! It was released in December 24, 2009 in Japan, and it can be played on Playstation Portable.

Players can choose to fight in different zones along different paths, ultimately reaching different final boss and ending. Players can upgrade their firepower of their Silver Hawk space fighter with power-ups that affect the ship's main firepower, secondary missiles and shield as well as additional power-ups that add to players score, extends or destroys every enemy on the screen. The main differences include ship selection, the Burst System and the effect of weapons on enemy fire.

You can choose either Legend or Next, which are piloted by Ti2 and Riga Practica, respectively. The diffence is that Legend is the Silver Hawk space fighter that fires four way missiles, while Next is the Silver Hawk space fighter that fires missiles forward.

Overall, it's one of my favorite 2d shooters of all time, and it's my favorite PSP game as well!
