Sounds like a bearing is gone somewhere. First time around the field I toasted the marker arm on a tree so since it is a triangle field anyways I planted in a circle. Combining was slightly confusing but actually got a better yield. Not sure everyone teasing me was worth it though.

We have a 8 row 7200 vacuum planter with all the no-till attachments you could imagine on it and I was no-tilling soybeans into wheat land at 5.7 with a 6615

We have no need for beds as we have no need for irrigation. RTK would be nice though.

No, it has finger meters. The next planters will be vacuum for sure. Actually, JD says with the new xps units you can go up to 8mph with no loss in seed placement. However I would never even dream of those speeds on my stony ground.
