@guhimura & noahkiernokoff, this is indeed the soundtrack where Graham sacrificed himself to clear a way for Setsuna to enter into the center of the ELS which otherwise they would have been obliterated utterly (even 00 Quanta with time). Graham said This isn't dying it is to open a path to a future ~ meaning he doesn't think of his sacrifice as a death(meaningless one) But a Sacrifice he gladly make for the future of mankind.
