.With Kevin, Nick, Abby, and Roxxi.
Nick: [Hangs up] Okay, he should be on his way.
Abby: Oh, god. Please hope.
Kevin: It's okay. When he comes he'll be calm.
Abby: [Looks up to Kevin] And what makes you sure of that?
Kevin: Because. If he truly cares about her then he'll control himself for her.
Abby: [Looks at Roxxi's hands; Puts her right hand ontop of Roxxi's left hand.]
Kevin: [Puts his left hand ontop of Abby's right hand.]
Abby: [Smiles]
Kevin: [Sends a reassuring smile]
Abby: Will everything be alright?
Kevin: No. Everything will be amazingly awesome when it's over with.
Abby: [Grins; Giggles]
Nick: [Cough] Dorks. [Cough]
Kevin: [Turns to face Nick; Smacks him upside the head.]
Abby: Haha. That's what you get!
Kevin: [Laughs]
.With Joe, Nate, and Jocie.
Nate: What's wrong?
Joe: I'm not sure.
Jocie: Is it serious?
Joe: Sounded like it. We have to rush to the hospital.
Nate: The hospital?
Joe and Nate: [They look at each other] Roxxi?
Jocie: Oh my god, what happened?!
Joe: We have to go!
They ran out of the theater and started their way to the hospital.
.With Nick, Kevin, Abby, and Roxxi.
Abby, Nick, and Kevin were sitting in the loveseat playing cards.
Abby: [Stands up] I'm heading to the vending machine. You guys want anything?
Nick: Oh, can you get me a Dr. Thunder?
Abby: Sure thing. Kevin?
Kevin: I'm good, thanks. [Smiles]
Abby: You sure?
Kevin: [Nods]
Abby: [Smiles sweetly] Be back in a few. Don't forget about me. [Leaves the room.]
[Abby's POV]
I walked out of the room and closed the door quietly. I turned to my right and started down the hallway and took a turn to my left, but stopped when I heard a familar and shrilling voice.
Caroline: [Groans] Er, she's ruining our plans, Chance.
Abby: [I put my back against the wall and eavesdropped.]
My mother was all alone in the vending room. Guess she scared everyone.
Caroline: Well, we're going to have to do the impossible. [Sighs] Yeah, yeah. I won't forget.
Abby: [Mouths: What?]
Caroline: Okay, on Friday I'm flying to Florida...Deal. See you soon baby.
Abby: [Pretends to gag; Sticks my finger in my mouth and bent over.]
I heard ice coming out of a machine and that was my signal to run.
I pulled my hoodie over my head, tied the strings tightly over my face, and got down on the floor while pretending to tie my flip flop.
She left the room without even noticing me.
I stood up and untied my hoodie then took a deep breath.
Abby: Oh god.
I felt my front right pocket vibrate.
Abby: Hello?
Nick: Where are you?
Abby: Oh, uh. I had an issue with the machine, but I'm coming. Sorry.
Nick: Kay, just checking because I want my Dr. Thunder.
Abby: Okay, Mr. Bossy. [I hung up]
[End of Abby's POV]
Abby: [Exhaled deeply; Walked into the vending room and grabbed their stuff; Walked back to the room]
.With Joe, Nate, and Jocie.
Cab Driver: Where to?
Joe: [Hands the driver 5 bucks] The York Hospital 2 miles away.
Nate: [Hands the driver 5 bucks, too.] Thanks.
Cab driver: No problem, kids. [Starts to drive]
This is how they are sitting; Joe on the left; behind the driver seat; Nate in the middle, and Jocie on the right; behind the passenger seat.
Nate: What do you think could have happened to her?
Joe: I don't know, but I kinda don't want to find out.
Jocie: Well, we're going to have to now are we?
Joe: Oooh, somebody's grouchy.
Jocie: Sorry, I just hope everyone is okay.
Nate: Well, we'll find out soon.
Joe: Not if we don't hurry.
Jocie: Ay, driver! Pick it up, son!!
Joe: [Eyes widen]
Nate: [Redden face]
Jocie: What got you guys looking ill?
Joe: Jocie, respect the driver.
Nate: Sorry, sir, driver, sir, cabber...whatever.
Joe: Give up, dude.
