If the police are so afraid of these people doing wrong, why don't they train them?

It's practically saving the police department money-these guys are more enthusiastic than cops and work for free. I'd say give them police training so that they can be as effective and not hurt anyone excessively.

when I watched Kick-Ass, I knew that the police / the government weren't only interested in people acting like super heroes, but also they don't want such people. One proof is what they're saying to those as showed in the video.

"police" is just a mask of the government for having people, who do anything you need them to do. they follow even commands that reclaims illegal stuff. have you ever heard of the "Bilderberg Group"? As they were in Switzerland last year, the police guarded and protected them.
