Bill Clinton: Only Way is 1/2 Delegates

Bill Clinton Saying in April 2008 that the ONLY way to resolve MI and FL is to seat 1/2 the delegates.

BILL CLINTON: The Republicans did something very different. They said OK you guys went out of line, our Party will provide that we can seat you, but you'll only have half a delegate for your elected delegates, and your super delegates will be seated as full voters. Our rules provide for exactly the same thing. And we didn't do that.

Then she said, OK, well give them another election. And he said no. I mean, basically, he instructed his supporters in the Michigan legislature to kill any attempt to have a revote. So probably the only option now is to seat them under our rules, at half delegates.
