would this kite work for snow kiting? im 45kg

Yes. The best size of kite will be determined by the following conditions:
(1) Riding on skis or snowboard? Snowboard needs a little more power.
(2) Conditions of surface - Glare ice, hard pack snow, or deep powder? The harder the surface, the less power required.
(3) Wind speed - This will vary and it is the reason avid kiters will carry a quiver.
(4) Your weight - At 45kg, you are pretty light.
Depending on your conditions, a 3m Scout may work well for you as a starter.
