Well, when you have 10 frigates, you have a very powerful navy. Considering Bangladesh's situation, 5 isn't low. And when you have 1 aircraft carrier, you are considered as a powerful navy. Interms of boats, BD has around 40-50 including attack, petrol, reconosense, intercepting etc..Also not forgetting the Corvettes which launches missiles. BD navy are undergoing some modernisation with the help of China and UK.
