  • are you left handed?

  • @NJsFyNeSt on drums i'm ambidextrous. i started out playing drums leading with my left. then i found out it wasn't the formal form.

  • haha what happened to the cick drum? lol. i loved the soound you got out of it all the other videos. this one is all mid range and boxy sounding. ohoh! have you ever played with sub kicks? iif not i can tell you how to make one cheap cheap cheap. lol. anyways hit me up bro!

  • @JORDANROUBIQUE i actually used a trigger for my kick drum this time, i wanted to experiment on it before i start covering more double bass songs. using a mic with double bass doesn't have much consistency with frequency because the mallets on my double bass kick give different sounds. isn't that weird? what are subkicks?

  • what's with the double bass pedal?lol

  • @dractor3k so i uuse it for the breakdown parts of the song to give it more depth of feel. you will also see subkicks in some live shows, you might see somthing that looks like a speaker placed in front of the kick. but haveyou tried blending the soound of both the kick and the trigger together?

  • @dractor3k when im doing serious recording i use both the sound from the mic and the trigger, i blend them together, also i use my sub ick with them hear and there. its basically i mic that pics up the lowest of the low frequencies and makes it more noticable. usually its used in hip hop style drumming reccordings. that low fat rattly sound you get in in your car when you turn the bass up. exept its not that bad. itsjust used to bring out the lows. i play in a screamo band.

  • You will sound amazing even if there was no sound

  • Very nice, but I'd say especially with these songs add a couple extra things like fills of course it's all up to you

  • lmfao 3:49
