Wake Up Snow White

Dear Stephanie,
I was cleaning your room after you moved out. It was breaking my heart as I packed up the things I thought you would want. A page fell out from a pile I was carrying. When I looked closer I realized it fell from your little girl's baby book. I sat down and started to read my daughters heart for her little baby girl. I smiled as I heard an echo of my own heart for you in your hand writing to your daughter. There is a saying "A fragrance in the air, a certain passage of a song, an old photograph falling out from the pages of a book, the sound of somebody's voice in the hall ... makes your heart leap and fills your eyes with tears." There were tears because the storehouse of our memory is held in our heart. These pages that reveal who you really are.

I sit back and listen to you and search for the matters of your heart. It is not hard to see a conflict inside of you. I want you to know I hear your words and I see the many different expressions. Can you take a minute so I can tell you what I see that maybe you don't? I listen intently to what you say and do when no one is around. Because when your words are written and spoken privately I get a clearer picture of who you are then when you have an audience. You will be amazed Stephanie what I have learned as your mother when you played Barbie's as a little girl. I learned how you viewed relationships, what you desired and what you liked. As long as I sat near without looking straight at you, you would share for hours your little heart. Well I'm still listening, still loving and still believing in you.

Everything you love is what makes life worth living. Take a moment, set aside this video and make a private list. Don't edit yourself; don't worry about what other people will think about your list because nobody else is going to see it. After you are done, tuck it away, and know that what it is on those pages is the matters of your heart. You will add onto that list as you grow and even take away some things. A life filled with loving is a life most like the one that God wants for you. It is a life as it was meant to be (Ephesians 5:1-2). Loving requires a heart alive, awake and free.
UNDER A SPELL we have no idea who we really are. We try to do what everyone else says that we should do. We are put under some sort of spell to keep us from coming fully alive. It is a monstrous thing ... an incomprehensible enchantment, a supernatural slumber. Today I am here to speak my mother's heart to you. Today I write and create a public message to you and those in whom say that they love you. Could anyone be more generous than God? Could any of us come up with a story that beats the one God has come up with? He's not only read your pages in Audrey's baby book but he has read the pages of your heart Stephanie. You are going to need your whole heart for this story you've fallen asleep in. You will need every ounce of courage and faith and love you can muster. I can't wait to see what God means when He meant you? This world may define you as they watch what you have put on display publicly. I need you to know and anyone who is reading your pages that I see you very differently.
