@superstaff I am a cashier, so I knew it isn't hard to cancel an item and start a new list. I was in a bad mood that day and I guess I was a bit of a jerk to that 18 year old rookie cashier. I remember the guy in front of me wanted to buy 2 puddings and she rang him up for 8 puddings, and that's why he complained, and then she didn't know what to do, and had to call the manager,etc, and I was tired and stressed out. Everybody has those days sometimes.
