They piss me off too. I recently went into a mattress shop in the mall (which was completely empty) with my friend. I am 19 but I look younger. I was looking into buying a new expensive down pillow & I was willing to kick down some money for quality. But what happened when I entered the store? I was barely greeted, for the most part ignored by the "salesman" the women at the cash register looked at us with darting eyes & a condescending smile. Needless to say they lost $150
