  • Thanks to the BBC for producing by far the finest nature programs in the world.

  • The woman narrating sounds a bit naive. They're not circling around those people just for the hell of it. The sharks are cautious, but if they see a way in, they may try and take a bite. These people should have some sort of protection in case of emergency. Is that little stick gonna protect her? Yes, they're beautiful, but don't be naive about nature.

  • @ericjungleboy if u take that little stick and put it vertically on the sharks mouth when he is going to bite you....

  • 'Turtles and dolphins but anything can do. If it wanted to it could tear me apart." Anyone think she said that a little too calmly.

  • @ericjungleboy Its probably a dart thingy whatever. It is kinda stupid to swim with sharks like that though.

  • @ericjungleboy stop watching shark movies. All professionnal divers do it.. isn't that enough as explanation ?

  • @Blacomerjo How is the stick going to protect you from 7 or 8 different sharks If one sees opportunity to come in from behind, then others will follow.

  • It breaks my heart to hear about and? see people who hunt such beautiful animals. I'm afraid of sharks yet I respect them

  • Theyre so pretty.Humans shouldnt mess with nature...And ppl who think sharks eat humans, lol no they dont.Humans dont have enough fat so we taste horrible to them. They either attack because they feel threatened,a case of mistakened identity.:D

  • @ericjungleboy thx to DJTheRelik for his response to your comment and I would had that if you had known a bit about shark diving you'd have known that of course a stick is enough to make sharks stay away from you.

  • Just because sharks are renowned hunters doesn't mean they're in hunting mode all the time, nor does it mean they'll eat anything going, they usually regard divers with indifference or mild curiosity. Yes it's dangerous but it's far from the most likely outcome, besides I'd risk it just to be in the same space as an animal like that, swimming with reef sharks was amazing enough, let alone these guys :D

  • @ericjungleboy Sharks dont eat humans and the divers know it thats why they dont have protection we are too big for them to eat they might bite you but that would be just to check you out. Curiosity. Not saying it wont hurt

but no human is ever been eaten by a shark. if you like shark watch "sharkwater" its a nice movie.

  • In another 4 years ill be 18.....once im 18 i want to dive with these animals, Ive never been scared of sharks or those huge whale sharks nothing really....thats my goal.

  • this woman has massive ovaries

  • do tiger sharks like peanut butter and jelly sandwitches?? or are they more into pizza

  • no...your other left

  • HAHA the way the shark tried to bite her was like it was saying get out of my way damn it

  • laying down there would be so peaceful

  • I'd love to someday dive with these majestic giants... while wearing chain mail! lol

  • u also can get really good dive stories on the myscubastory site. Type myscubastory into google and its the first one i think

  • Does swimming regularly make you grow taller?

  • 1:58, almost took her out...

  • @m10hogfish It's not meant as therapy for the masses, it's just for Tanya Streeter -as despite being a world leading freediver, she has been frightened of sharks since she was a child. This is just immersion therapy to kill her fear.

  • Stop shark tourism! Stop feeding sharks!

Egypt december 2010: A 70-year-old German woman was killed on Sunday when a shark ripped her apart as she was swimming in Naama Bay.

We think someone accustomed the sharks to being fed and whoever did it has stopped," so the sharks started to look elsewhere for easy prey, South Sinai Conservation, told AFP.

The timing and location of three attacks in a week off Sharm el-Sheikh pointed to shark feeding. This is the biggest possibility.

  • @m10hogfish you moron shes helping conserve the shark
