This bazaar item can be unlocked early after the events in Tomb of Raithwall. King Bomb must be defeated to access one of the loot sources.

Equipments and accessories are one time only. Some items like x-potions, hi-potions, and some motes are repeatable.

If you have the Hunter's Monograph (the one for beasts/avions), Garuda-Egis will drop White Incense rarely. I've gotten this package and have never needed to poach a Garuda-Egi.

For people asking about the Cat-ear Hood, the main use for them is to equip them alongside daggers, ninja swords, or bows. You'll usually see a 50% increase or so in damage. The extra Vitality also helps good status effects last longer and bad ones go away faster, IIRC.

@RagingNidoking I suppose its possible to keep him even after he disbands from your group with a gameshark but other than that there is no way to keep him for a longer period of time.

cat-ear hoods dont seem to have any effect for me. ive seen characters with them equipped take action slower than those with the hoods. Is this strange?
